Warranty Rules:

All products are guaranteed for one year from time of arrival. We will repair your cellphones free of charge within this 30 days on terms of full observance of operating rules.

Note: our I-shop warns clients that all the products of our shop are not originals and they are called exact copies.

Seller has right to refuse guarantee repairing and service under the following conditions:

1. Our internet shop is not responsible for any shipping or customs phone damages since this is outside our control. The product can be returned only when you have photographic proof that the product arrived from courier damaged. Note: when take the package from courier, please check it, if you will find some damages on phone, make the photography proof of this, and send it to us. Only then we will change damaged model to the new one.

2. The phone was used mishandled our used in a manner that would harm it (dropped, struck, etc.).

3. Phone has traces (marks) of outside penetration from repair attempt (phone has scratches, cuttings or other injuries that show attempts of opening phone).

4. Phone has marks of mechanic damages hits, casual operation (phone display is broken, buttons are missing, there are some hard dents and holes on phone's case.

5. Damages are caused by temperature (too high or too low for this cellphone model, penetration of water, dust, mud, as a result of ignoring instructions).

6. If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
